Account & Registration

Registering at 1 Bat takes under two minutes. Go to 1bat.click/register, enter your Pakistani mobile number, full name and date of birth, set a password, and confirm you are 18 or older. That's it – your account is live immediately. No CNIC upload is needed at the point of registration, though it may be required for larger withdrawals later.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use 1 Bat. This applies to all players regardless of which city or province in Pakistan they are from. Any account found to belong to someone under 18 will be permanently closed and deposits refunded. See our Responsible Gaming page for more details.

No. Each person is permitted one 1 Bat account only. Operating multiple accounts is against our Terms and Conditions and will result in suspension. If you previously had an account and want to know whether you can register again, contact support at support@1bat.click before creating a new account.

Visit the Login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered mobile number, receive an OTP via SMS, and follow the steps to set a new password. The whole process takes about two minutes. If your registered number is no longer active, contact support@1bat.click with subject "Account Recovery" and the team will verify your identity and help you restore access securely.

For security reasons, mobile number changes cannot be done directly in account settings. Email support@1bat.click with your old number, new number and a copy of your CNIC for identity verification. The support team processes these requests within 24 hours. Do this before your old number is deactivated to avoid getting locked out.

You can request account closure by emailing support@1bat.click with subject "Account Closure Request". Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method before closure. Alternatively, if you want a break rather than permanent closure, consider activating a cool-off period or self-exclusion from your account settings instead. Deposits & Withdrawals

Log in to your 1 Bat account, go to the Wallet section and choose Deposit. Select your preferred method – Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) or Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is Rs 200 via mobile wallets. Enter the amount, confirm, and your balance updates instantly for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfers can take up to two hours.

1 Bat processes Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within minutes during regular hours. Bank transfers (IBFT) typically complete within two hours. Card withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank. 1 Bat does not delay or obstruct withdrawals – once the platform confirms your request, the funds are released immediately.

The minimum withdrawal at 1 Bat is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your account verification level and the payment method used. Standard verified accounts can withdraw up to Rs 200,000 per transaction and Rs 500,000 per day via Easypaisa and JazzCash. For higher limits, contact support to review your account tier.

1 Bat does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. All amounts you deposit go fully into your account balance. All amounts you withdraw are transferred in full to your payment method. Third-party fees from your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control – check with your provider if you notice any deductions on their end.

First, wait a few minutes and refresh your account. Easypaisa and JazzCash are usually instant but occasional delays do happen. If the balance has not appeared within 15 minutes, take a screenshot of your payment confirmation (showing the transaction ID and amount) and email it to support@1bat.click or share it via live chat. The team will match it to your account and credit it manually if required.

Odds update in real time as the match progresses – over by over for cricket, and minute by minute for football. You can place multiple in-play bets on the same match. Live markets are available as long as the event is active and odds are being generated.

Andar Bahar is a traditional South Asian card game available at 1 Bat in both RNG and live dealer formats. A joker card is placed in the centre. Cards are then dealt alternately to the Andar (inside) and Bahar (outside) piles. You bet on which side will match the joker's value first. The minimum stake for sports bets at 1 Bat is Rs 50. For casino games and Andar Bahar, minimum bets start from Rs 10 per round. Ludo and virtual sports also have low minimum bets suitable for players who prefer smaller stakes. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm.

Virtual sports at 1 Bat use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every match result is generated independently and cannot be influenced by previous results, player behaviour or the platform. The RNG is independently audited to ensure fairness. Sports bet winnings are credited to your 1 Bat wallet as soon as the match result is confirmed – typically within minutes of the final whistle or last ball. Casino game winnings are credited instantly after each round. Virtual sports results settle within seconds. Once credited, winnings are immediately available for further bets or withdrawal.
Bonuses & Promotions

Yes. New players who register at 1 Bat and make their first deposit qualify for a welcome bonus. The exact bonus percentage and terms are displayed in the promotions section of your account after registration. Always read the wagering requirements before claiming any bonus. The welcome offer is only available once per player.

Wagering requirements (also called rollover) specify how many times you need to bet your bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place Rs 5,000 in total bets before that bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Each 1 Bat promotion has its own wagering requirements, which are clearly displayed before you claim.

Yes. You can enable 2FA from your account settings. Once active, every login from a new device will require an OTP sent to your registered mobile number. This is strongly recommended for all players. Even if someone has your password, they cannot access your 1 Bat account without the OTP from your phone.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, act immediately: change your password, then contact support@1bat.click with subject "Urgent – Account Compromised". The support team will freeze your account, review recent activity and help you secure it. Do not delay – the sooner you report it, the more we can do to protect your balance.

No. 1 Bat will never ask for your password through any channel – not by SMS, WhatsApp, email or live chat. If you receive any message claiming to be from 1 Bat and asking for your password or login details, it is a phishing scam. Do not respond and do not click any links in that message. Forward it to support@1bat.click immediately.
Responsible Gaming

Log in to your 1 Bat account, go to Account Settings and select the Responsible Gaming section. Choose Deposit Limits and set your daily, weekly or monthly cap. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour waiting period – this is intentional, to prevent impulsive decisions. All responsible gaming tools on 1 Bat are free and always available.

Self-exclusion fully deactivates your 1 Bat account for a minimum of six months. During this time, you cannot log in, deposit or bet. Your balance is returned to your registered payment method. To activate, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion and choose your duration. You can also email support@1bat.click with subject "Self-Exclusion Request". Yes. 1 Bat offers a cool-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cool-off, your account is temporarily restricted – you cannot log in or place bets, but your account is not closed. Your balance is preserved. Cool-off periods cannot be cancelled early. They are available in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Cool-Off Period.
