Terms and Conditions – 1 Bat Online Betting & Casino Pakistan

1Introduction

Welcome to 1 Bat. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the 1 Bat website accessible at 1bat.click ("Platform"), including all betting, casino gaming, account management and promotional features offered on the Platform. 1 Bat is an online betting and gaming platform designed for and directed at players in Pakistan. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

By creating a 1 Bat account or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with us and confirm that you accept these Terms without reservation. 2Account Registration

To access betting and gaming features on 1 Bat, you must register for an account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid Pakistani mobile phone number, a secure password, and accurate personal information including your full name and date of birth.

You are permitted to hold one account only on the 1 Bat platform. Operating multiple accounts – whether under the same or different identities – is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 1 Bat reserves the right to close all accounts, retain any bonuses received and withhold any balances pending investigation.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete.
• You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify 1 Bat immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You must not share your account with or transfer it to any other person.

1 Bat reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage. Verification may include requesting a government-issued ID (CNIC), proof of mobile wallet ownership or other documentation. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3Eligibility

To open and use a 1 Bat account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan and accessing the Platform from within Pakistan.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Pakistani law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or betting restriction that covers the 1 Bat platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of 1 Bat or its affiliated companies.

4Deposits & Payments

1 Bat accepts deposits in PKR only, via the following methods:

• All payment methods must be in your own name and linked to your registered 1 Bat account identity.
• Third-party deposits – deposits from a payment method not registered to you personally – are not permitted.
• 1 Bat does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance and may be used for betting and gaming immediately.
• Deposit limits can be set by you in your account settings. Requests to lower deposit limits take immediate effect; requests to raise them are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

If a deposit fails to arrive in your account within the stated processing time, contact 1 Bat support immediately with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to make a duplicate payment before speaking to support.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. 1 Bat is committed to processing withdrawals promptly – the vast majority of withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are completed within minutes.

• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or as directed by the 1 Bat compliance team.
• There is no minimum withdrawal amount for standard accounts.
• Identity verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable.
• Withdrawals may be delayed pending routine security and compliance checks. You will be notified if this applies to your account.
• 1 Bat reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing large withdrawals.

Any withdrawal that results from fraudulent activity, system error or abuse of bonuses may be reversed at the discretion of 1 Bat, even after payment has been made.

6Bonuses & Promotions

1 Bat offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. The specific terms of each promotion – including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit, time limits and maximum bonus amount – are set out in the individual promotion terms published alongside each offer.

General bonus rules that apply to all 1 Bat promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus winnings are capped at the maximum stated in the individual promotion terms where applicable.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Free spins, where offered, are valid only on the specified game and expire at the stated time.
• 1 Bat may withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.

7Betting Rules

All sports bets and other wagers placed on the 1 Bat platform are subject to the following general rules, which apply across all sports and betting markets:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Cancellations are not available after a bet is accepted except in the specific circumstances described below.
• Minimum stake per bet is Rs 50 unless otherwise specified on the individual market.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event, market and account, and may be adjusted at 1 Bat's discretion without prior notice.
• Odds displayed are correct at the time of viewing but may change. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time of acceptance.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and system availability. 1 Bat does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets at any given moment.
• Bets placed on events with incorrect odds due to a manifest error will be voided and stakes returned.
• If an event is postponed, the bet remains valid for up to 48 hours. Beyond that timeframe, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless stated otherwise in sport-specific rules.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. A void selection in an accumulator reduces the number of selections by one.

Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published separately within the 1 Bat platform. In cases of conflict between sport-specific rules and these general terms, the sport-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to that sport.

8Casino Game Rules

All casino games offered on 1 Bat – including live dealer games, video slots, table games and any other games of chance – are subject to the following rules:

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games use independently certified software. The outcome of each game round is entirely random and independent of any previous or future round.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical randomisation – card shuffles and real roulette wheels. Results are final once the dealer announces them on the live stream.
• Technical faults mid-game will be resolved by 1 Bat in line with each game provider's technical protocol. If a game cannot be completed, stakes are typically returned and the round voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface before each round begins.
• You may not use automated tools, bots or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in casino games. Any detected use of such tools will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Individual game rules are displayed within each game. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet. 1 Bat accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

9Account Suspension & Closure

1 Bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account, and to withhold funds pending investigation, in the following circumstances:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials or identity fraud.
• Violation of the one-account rule – operating multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Attempt to abuse bonuses or promotions through systematic exploitation.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• Involvement in match-fixing, collusion or any activity that undermines the integrity of betting markets.
• Use of automated bots or software to interact with the platform.
• Conduct that violates applicable law or regulation.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach of these Terms, any real money balance remaining after the deduction of fraudulently obtained funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method at 1 Bat's discretion. You may request account closure at any time for any reason by contacting our support team.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 1 Bat platform – including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, game mechanics, odds data, logos and trademarks – is the property of 1 Bat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any 1 Bat content without express written permission.
• The 1 Bat brand name, logo and platform design may not be used in any context without authorisation.
• Screen recording, broadcasting or redistribution of live casino streams is strictly prohibited.

11Privacy & Data

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 1 Bat operates under its licence from the relevant gaming jurisdiction and complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet or account decision, the following process applies:

1. Contact 1 Bat customer support within 14 days of the disputed event or decision.
2. Provide full details of the dispute, including bet reference numbers, dates and the outcome you are disputing.
3. 1 Bat will investigate and respond within 10 business days.
4. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request escalation to the relevant gaming authority under our licence.
